AASNAA Engineers Private Limited is currently seeking experienced HVAC Engineers with BIM Specialist to join and become an integral part of our team. You will have an opportunity to work with talented group of Mechanical Engineering Staff, and to be a part of one of the fastest growing and most critical segments at AASNAA.
HVAC Engineer with BIM Specialist: The HVAC Engineer is responsible for making shop drawings in both Auto cad and Revit ,Preparing material submittals ,providing 3D BIM Models and mechanical support to projects at the direction of the Director of Operations, Project Manager or Mechanical Engineer “HVAC” discipline lead within the project deliverable schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in design layout of the following: HVAC systems and other various systems as needed.
Ensure that the Submittals / Shop Drawings comply with the Plans and Specifications.
Prepares engineering drawings from rough sketches or from general engineering and design information using BIM/CAD platforms.
Construction (Shop Drawings) complies with our Company requirements/ Check Lists.
Assist in the coordination of electrical, structural, and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.
Assists Engineers/Designers on field surveys as required to obtain pertinent information for design.
Uses time and resource efficiently and effectively.
Creates and maintains effective working relationships with supervisor, colleagues.
Duties as assigned by the Mechanical Engineering “HVAC” discipline lead.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University
Five (5) plus years of experience in the HVAC industry.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of BIM/CAD software systems, including Revit and AutoCAD.
Ability to understand verbal instructions and written notes and translate them into products.
Ability to develop competent knowledge of company standards.
Ability to work as a team member.
Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
Excellent command of the English language – spoken and written.
